DESCRIPTION
Maximizing recovery from wells post-frac, whether by rod pump, alternative artificial lift technologies, paraffin control programs or choke management strategies, is increasingly being proven as a key to long-term unconventional well economics. Finding out which work best on an individual company basis however, is of course extremely time and cost intensive. A less costly way of optimizing production however, is via collective operator field study analysis showing what has been proven to work in the Eagle Ford, what hasn't and what can be improved upon. THE ONLY EAGLE FORD CONGRESS CREATED SPECIFICALLY FOR PRODUCTION PROFESSIONALS Building on last year's sell-out debut event, this year's operator led Eagle Ford Artificial Lift & Chemical Treatment Congress has been re-researched and re-formulated in conjunction with over 50 E&P production professionals across the play and, in response, will take a greater focus on paraffin management and corrosion treatment this year. Presenters at the congress will also deliver cutting edge case studies on overcoming Eagle Ford-specific challenges such as determining whether rod pump alternatives will yield higher production relative to costs, developing choke management strategies and applying automation technologies in the field.
