1.X, the CEO of a company which focuses mostly on mobile software, launched a rather peculiar product, Y in the
recent past. Defending the decision to launch the product, X mentioned how their product outsold Apple’s first iPod.
Additionally, he said, “Our view is that hardware is going to be an important vehicle for delivering our customer
experience maybe in a decade,” X said at a conference earlier this month, according to TechCrunch. “But if we believe
it’s going to be important in a decade, we don’t want to be starting a decade from now.”

2.On February 24th, 2017, Jeff Gerstmann of GiantBomb put a cartridge for the X-Y in his mouth during the site’s

After the show, he tweeted, “I put that Y cart in my mouth and I’m not sure what those things are made of but I
can still taste it. Do not try this at home.” Nevertheless, Gerstmann's strong reaction inspired other people to try
tasting Y cartridges, and various fans also discovered that the cartridges tasted terrible.
After media outlets began covering the cartridge tasting phenomenon, X issued a statement saying the cartridges
were indeed coated in a chemical. To avoid the possibility of accidental ingestion, keep the game card away from
young children. A bittering agent (Denatonium Benzoate) has also been applied to the game card. This bittering
agent is non-toxic."

American Express.
However, in 1991, several restaurants in Boston started accepting and encouraging the use of Visa and
MasterCard because of their far lower fees as compared to American Express’ fees at the time . The
revolt, known as the “______ ___ _____ ” in reference to a historic event which occurred in the same

11.Noko Jeans was a fashion company based in Sweden. When Noko Jeans launched the sales of their first collection in December 2009, criticism was aimed at the brand because of the sourcing of jeans. The founders of Noko Jeans defended themselves, saying that they had been present at the factory during production and documented it to guarantee that no child labor had been used, and that workers had working conditions that were in compliance with international standards. The controversy prompted the Swedish retail store PUB to withdraw the jeans from their shelves; the PUB spokesperson stated that they did not want anything to do with politics.

A X patent is one that the holder does not draw attention to, even when aware that it is being infringed, in the hope that it will be possible to extract more money from unwitting users of the patented idea when it becomes more widely used.
This strategy requires a patent system where, first, patent applications are not published, and, second, patent term is measured from grant date, not from priority or filing date. In the United States, patent applications filed before November 2000 were not published and remained secret until they were granted. Analogous to a X, therefore, X patents could stay "hidden" for long periods until they "emerged" and surprised the relevant market.

with a white seven pointed star on both sides of the black chimney on the

X is slang for a very volatile market; the name comes from the movements of a/an X, where security prices continually go up and down. The X has no distinguishing features of either an up or down market, taking on characteristics of both. Security prices swing very high to low over a given period of time, making it difficult for buy and hold investors to profit. Nevertheless, for some investors Xs are fun to play with
