DNA EXPERIMENT

Materials• Bowl • Washing powder• Chicken Liver• Alcohol• Salt • Pinneapple Juice• Blender • Spoon

How did we make the experiment?

• First we put a cup of cold water, then we put a little bit of salt. After this we put washing powder

and finally the chicken liver.

We mix it and…

• Then we have to leave it there for 10 minutes.

• Ten minutes after we separate it. Then we put the pinneapple juice and after that we put some alcohol. We mix it all again. After all this process we take out the DNA from the mixture with a wood stick.
