• Cost Related• Are energy costs and losses(bottom, vent or leakage) adding on to

your expenses??  

• Even though the loss percentage per day could be very less, if you take into account the revenues you could have got for volume loss, it is significant. If you figure per month or per year, it is alarming, isn’t it??

• Suggestions to improve the sensory score, by controlling the parameters, will be provided

• Scopes of recovery improvement such as improving the fermentation efficiency and distillation efficiency, reducing I.S cut and / or reducing wastage will be identified and required changes will be suggested.

• Key areas of cost reduction such as energy cost and losses(bottom, vent and leakage) will be identified and improvements will be recommended.
