“Digital Transformation is a Journey in which you need to know where you stand. Why? Because knowing where you stand among peers and understanding what they are facing is a good place to start. Unfortunately, most of the companies don’t know where they stand.”

This project is called discover your Digital Transformation Success Index (DTSI)
Digital Transformation (DT) is a megatrend through every industry, business and job around the world
DT is taking place at a breathtaking pace
If you are working in Sales and Marketing, you should be paying very close attention to this trend
So, where do you start?
The answer truly depends on where you are on digital maturity scale and also on industry
This gave us the idea that companies actually need to know where they are in the Digital Transformation journey
The idea was born to develop an App for companies which helps them define their Digital Maturity and Success
And continue improving from there!
DTSI App
The DTSI App we want to develop is free to use
The DTSI App measures your success and progress in Digital Transformation
How does it work?
You are invited to answer a number of questions based on various criteria, such as Objectives, Strategy, Tactics and Execution
Based on your answers, the DTSI App gives you points for each answer and calculates the total number of points

At the end of the process, the DTSI App generates a report showing your results and giving you a short suggestion how to take it further
The report also shows you the Top 10 best performers in your industry
If there is not yet a Top 10 best performers list in your industry, the DTSI will tell you and suggest you to come back and do the test a couple of days later
We will assign a small software development team to provide the DTSI App

Owner/Business Developer Background:
Business Administration and Marketing
Experienced in ICT, Business Development and Digital Transformation
Clients won and retained in: Banking, Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Printing, Publishers, Retail, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom)
International experience Languages – Dutch, English, Spanish
Investment Needed
Funding Goal € 30,000 Preference for Crowdfunding
Rewards-based crowdfunding –backers give a small amount of money in exchange for a reward
Equity crowdfunding – investors invest large amounts of money in exchange for a small piece of equity
Debt crowdfunding – lenders make a loan with the expectation to make back their principal plus interest
