• How many computer you can connect with the Broadnet Connection? Can you share the connection with more than one computer ?

• BROADNET connection is for one computer, the interface provided for is only for one computers.

• But customer can connect his own LAN network and share the connection with more than computer through a router.

• DBN will not take the responsibility of connecting more than one computer or to do any networking or to provide the router.

• But DBN will facilitate the selection of routers, DBN has list of interoperability tested routers.

• Customer purchase the router directly from the router vendor,

• As a special offer listed router vendors will deliver the router and install it free of charge at the customer premises and collect the payments from the customer.

• Currently DBN have two tested router with very good discount schemes

• What is the process of getting the Broadnet connection ?

• Customer fill the relevant Application Form - (Application form is available in the with ES team or in the intranet )

• Select the suitable package with the payment option.

• Submit the application form at any of the Dialog Arcades in Colombo Metro or to the Enterprise Sales team.

• If there is any payment as per the option he has chosen then he will make the payments at the Dialog Arcades.

• If customer intend to share the connection through a router, then he choose the type of router from the options and mention it at the application form

• His connection will be delivered with in 6 working days
