You are walking down a busy street and notice a shop at some distance. The banner is pink in color and the business tagline is in a script font. You start wondering whether this shop is selling some feminine products or not. You cannot make out clearly the curlicue arrangement of the letters. Use of Colors Several studies have been conducted to ascertain which of the color combinations are easy on the eyes and can be easily read. Words used should be very little and explain what you have to say in a simple and easy to understand manner. For example, if you have an establishment selling pet care items and named ‘Lovable Pets’, you can use pictures of a cute little puppy, kitten or any other animal. Stylize the letters, i.e. ‘L’ and ‘P’, to grab customers’ attention. Ensure that you focus on the business name, image and the logo. The visual used should be large enough to be easily discernible from a distance. Sometimes, the logo of your company can serve as the best image building brand awareness.
