Delegate Importance To A Company

• Delegating in a company is about having the right person to take control, and make the best use of limited time.

• The ability to delegate is crucial for a company to accomplish its goals.

• It helps people feel more involve in the organization success.

• It allows teams, department heads, and coworker to work together more efficiently.

• It extends the company’s resources by expanding the number of people who are capable of doing a particular job, and it also

helps reduce the stress that results when people feel overwhelmed. (Green, C., 2009)

(Farcht, J., 2009)
