dispatch software and system.

This has been accomplished.

Good Four of the six scanners worked reliably all day The new system was very well accepted All orders were entered into the CXT system All orders were picked-up or delivered from the

system Dispatcher was quick to learn the CXT system Others were oriented on the system.


Needed Improvement One pickup up was late POD’s Screen was too confusing with open orders No charge orders were missing from the system State tax did not calculate right Scanners not communicating – Attachment 2
