Creating Skill Account Creating account on skrill is free.

Tips for creating account: Use the same Email used with Upwork account.

Use the same name used in your bank account or your ID.

Enter accurate data in your personal information, address and mobile number.

Use strong password.

You may asked to verify: Your address, by sending a letter to your address with verification

code.

If you have a problem in receiving the letter, you can contact skrill support to do the verification manually, by sending a scan of your ID or Passport that contains your address.

How to upload/ transfer money?

You have 3 options to upload money: Transfer form NETELLER (an e-money/e-wallet service owned and

operated by publicly traded British global payments company ) [1.9 % fee].

Transfer from Credit/depit Card (Visa for example) [1.9 % fee].

Manual Bank Transfer [takes 3-5 days, free].

Also, you can transfer directly from your account to another account. costs 1% of the amount sent (Max. USD 11.17 ).

How to receive and withdraw money? Receiving money in your Skrill account is free (from

skrill side, but Upwork may charge for that).

2.99% and 4.99%, to the wholesale exchange rate we offer.

To withdraw money from your Skrill account: Link Skrill account to Visa / Master card account.

Linking your account to Visa or bank account, will increase your transaction limit.

To link Visa/Master card, you just need to the card number and information: Skrill will debit a random amount (between 1.01 - 2.99) to verify the

card.

The card should be with your same registered name.

To link a bank account with skrill, you need to create a bank account with the same registered name in in skrill (and it’s preferable to be with the same currenty of skrill account), then add the account information to your skrill account.

You may asked to transfer money from your bank account to skrill account to verify your account.

Then you can easily withdraw the money from skrill account to: You credit/debit card account (Credit/debit card

withdrawals cost €2.95 – about $3.3- for each withdraw).

Your Bank account: Bank withdrawals to primary bank accounts cost €2.95 – about

$3.3- for each withdraw.

Bank withdrawals to secondary bank accounts may cost up to €3.50 – about $3.91- for each withdraw.

You may also, use Skrill Card ATM withdrawals (cost €1.80 – about $2.01).

Linking your Skrill account to Upwork account

Using the same e-mail of Upwork, you can connect your Skrill account to Upwork account by clicking on Set Up for Skrill and enter your details.

Your Name and Address must be the same as the Upwork Account.

Skrill charges $1 USD for each transfer to your skrill account.
