• To reduce healthcare costs and enhance employee well being, client is activating a culture of wellness throughout their organization, called “Healthy Living"

• Several key objectives include:

Increase employee and dependent awareness of health status by promoting completion of the online Health Assessment

Encourage employees and dependents to enroll in Health Coaching programs

Get employees involved in collecting and tracking their health statistics (e.g., blood pressure and cholesterol levels) to monitor their health status on an ongoing basis

Encourage employees and dependents to take advantage of comprehensive preventive care coverage
