Base Plate ( 1 item ) Precision blank tooling plates that are ready to mount on standard machining-center pallets, reducing tooling cost and lead time considerably. Finish ground to tight tolerances. Available in steel.Rest Button ( 8 items )( Precision rest button with a ground head and a press-fit shank. Rest Buttons are extremely useful as supports. Available in steel.

First of all, we need to have a Base Plate and the first 4 Rest Buttons. Then set them up like a picture that has shown below.

Now use any equipments that can use to plug the first 4 rest buttons into the Base Plate like a picture that has shown below.

Now turn the Base Plate over and set up the last 4 rest buttonsand the pin locator like a picture has shown below.

Socket Head Cap Screws ( 2 items | 5/16-18 x 7/8 5/16 ) : Socket-Head Cap Screws are used in all modular systems for fastening non-locating components.

Use 2 S-H-C-S ( 5/16-18 x 7/8 5/16 ) to connect the back supportbracket with the base plate. Set them up and plug them in like a picturethat has shown below.

Socket Head Cap Screws ( 2 items | 5/16-18 x 7/8 5/16 ) : Socket-Head Cap Screws are used in all modular systems for fastening non-locating components.

Use 2 S-H-C-S ( 5/16-18 x 7/8 5/16 ) to connect the back supportbracket with the base plate. Set them up and plug them in like a picturethat has shown below.

Spherical Radius Locator Buttons ( 3 items ):Rest button with a spherical-radius head to minimize work piece contact area. Press-fit shank. Spherical-Radius Locator Buttons are extremely useful as supports, side locator pads, and jig feet.

Set up the first 2 spherical radius locator buttons like a picture hasshown below.

Now using any equipments that can plug the first 2 spherical radiusLocator buttons into the back support bracket.

Side Support Bracket ( 1 item ) :Use to support for the riser block.

Make sure the depth from the surface of the side support bracket to the surface of the pin is .45” for 2 places.

Bushing Plate ( 1 item ) | 5 x 3 x 1/2 : It uses to cover and stop the riser block when the riser block about to moves up.

½ Liners Bushing ( 2 items ): Liners are permanent bushings used to hold renewable drill bushings

Slip/Fixed Renewable Bushings ( 2 items ): Replaceable bushing generally used with a liner bushing and lock screw. Use when you expect to replace bushings during the tooling's lifetime, or to switch bushings to perform multi-step operations with the same tooling.

Lock screws ( 2 items ): The most popular locking device for renewable drill bushings. Use on either the "slip" side or the "fixed" side of a slip/fixed renewable bushing. Lock screws are simple, strong, compact, and economical.

Clamping Block ( 1 item ) | 2 x 1.437 x 1.426:Use to support for the riser block with the HANDLE TOGGLE CLAMPS and HAND KNOB ASSEMBLIES.

Use the last 2 S-H-C-S ( 5/16-18 x 3/2 5/16 ) to connect the clampingblock with the base plate like the pictures that have shown below.

Hand Knob Assemblies ( 1 item ):Hand knob with a clamping screw cast securely in place. Four-prong design provides a firm grip for applications requiring quick tightening and high torque.

Flat-Cushion Spindles ( 1 item ):This is the standard spindle supplied with most clamps. Molded neoprene tip provides medium clamping force with some compensation for part-size variation. Also provides scratch free clamping. Fully threaded for maximum adjustment range.
