AIRTD002 Series Dual Tipper Control System has a two (2) ABCD series joystick levers to operate both Truck hoist and Trailer hoist with single on/off switches and AOHCACC2 series two bank air control switches.

The joystick control lever operates the air shift cylinder on tipping hoist control valve. The joystick lever has three positions to control the valve to operate the tipping hoist to raise, hold and lower. The ABCD tipper control is spring loaded to automatically return to the hold position when released from the raise or lowering positions.

To move the joystick lever, lift the outer shell of the lever upwards from the centre detent holding position. When moving the joystick into lower position there is an option for the PTO switch to non- automatic disengage by using the ABCD**IL Series control.

The yellow PTO on/off switch also has an internal pressure switch for light signal for when engaged once wired up.The ABCD control comes with air fittings installed to suit either 6mm or ¼” nylon airline.

The AOHCACC2 Series two bank air control switches are single acting on/off switches that share the same supply. The control also comes with a pressure switch and lamp.

The Heavy Hydraulics Electronic Air Pendant Controller is a smart control module for truck and trailer operation and is a perfect solution for vehicles with confined spacing to allow ease of accessibility to the operator.

The Pendant Control Module has a microprocessor internally that allows the operator to control all the functions in either a momentary or latching position and can be changed to suit your needs.

The U.V. Resistance Keypad is made of a high-performance soft-touch membrane with a life cycle of more 3 million presses, it is made to withstand the environmental conditions we see today.The quality membrane is also backlit to allow better visibility 24/7.

The Pendant Control is a multi-volt unit that offers stability in the 12V and 24V connections, even for those vehicles that operate in higher voltages without any technical complications.

The G5 Pocket HCU is a light weight, impact and water-resistant handheld unit equipped with up to eight ON/OFF function buttons. It has five configurable Light Emitting Diodes (LED) for machine and status feedback. The buttons and the LED’s can be configured for a variety of different operations. The unit is powered with 3 standard AAA batteries and the backside has a belt clip for convenient attachment on the operator’s belt.

FunctionalityThe G5 Pocket systems are required to be configured prior to operation but normally this is done already before delivery. The push buttons are easily programmed to activate any output or series of functions. Button definitions include momentary, interlocked, non-latched or latched output.

The radio transmission takes place within the ISM-band used at pre-defined channels.

The channel switching takes place multiple times per second following a pseudorandom sequence. This ensures that transmission always takes place on an optimal frequency!

No transmitter uses the same pseudorandom sequence order when switching channels; thisminimizes the risk of two G5 systems interfering with each other.The G5 Pocket is approved to transmit on the ISM band.The radio is license free for the end user.
