VISIONVISION

• To ensure the sustainable product marketing arrangement between women headed micro Entrepreneurs and business partners through co-operative network

BACKGROUND

• 3000 women headed micro entrepreneurs living in coastal region who were severly affected by tsunami were trained, mobilized and empowered to run their businesses profitably.

• To strenthen their business net working and marketing arrangements,7 cooperatives and apex organization have already been established under VISMA Plus Brand.

BACKGROUND con.........• However, exsisting gaps in product marketing and

input supply has been created barriers for sustaining the businesses and futher expansions.

• Hence, this innovation is forcusing to implement a collective approach towards realistic pilot business Modal.

• The result genetated by this intervention will be shaired /applied and further replicated for identified different other sectors .

GENERAL OBJECTIVE• Strengthenning of product market network

and input supply mechanism for cooperative network using value chain approach.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES• To intervene in cost reduction process via

collective purchasing of necessary inputs • Strengthenning of intergrated and secured

business relationship through forward sales agreements/contracts
