involves the process of sending & receiving

information.

COMMUNICATION IN ORGANIZATION

• Two main channels of communication :

– Informal channel

• refers to channels officially used by organizations to

transmit information within & outside the

organization.

• There are TWO (2) main types of formal

communication :
