There are four separate components in the operation:

1. Engage 121 software includes:

• The use of all aspects of social media on a single platform;

• A library to store relevant information;

• Multiple methods of information gathering and dissemination in real

time;

• Deep knowledge of the demographics of any given location by

personalized parameters;

• In-depth training on how to use the system.

• Provides on-site personnel to insure that specific tenants, vital to the

program’s success, are on board;

• Establishes the operating protocols required to insure the program is

functional and efficient;

• During the term of the contract it monitors the effectiveness of the

What is the cost?

The cost per center on an annual contract with a minimum

of 20 participating tenants is $1,550 per month.

There is an additional charge of $75 per month for each

additional tenant over 20.

How do I get started?

The center enters into a contract with Claire-Voyant™ for

one year.

Minimum of 20 tenants are required before the program is

activated.

The contract may be renewed annually.

What about updates?

Periodic updates will keep the system relevant to

the technology of the day.

There is no additional cost for this or for the R & D

involved.

When can we expect results?

While we can get small wins fairly quickly, historically, it

may take 3-9 months for the system to realize results on a

grand scale. That is because we first need to complete the

libraries of each member showing in detail using key words, the

products and/or services they offer. Then we begin our process

of searching for outside content to match the goods and

services we have created in the libraries. Lastly, we begin the

communication. After these are in place (30 days), things

begin to jell and results become apparent.

because it provides the individual tenants a very sophisticated marketing tool,

center of whom it should target as future tenants taking guess work out of

the equation.

It understands the entire market demographic including

that of competing centers. This is coupled with the center’s

ability to communicate directly with the consumers

throughout their entire market area creating this

advantage.

50% of that market ranges in ages 25-45;

How do we proceed!1. We agree on an initial target shopping center.

2. We enter into an agreement that provides:

Clair-Voyant™, at its own cost and expense, will be

responsible to insure that 20 tenants, willing to pay $75 per

month are contractually in place. (By the way, all or part of

these funds could possibly come from the merchant’s

association if it exists.)

3. We then enter into a one year contract, guaranteed by the

center.
