On-line assessment & competency development
• What are competencies?
• Design and development of competency frameworks
• The assessment tool and its role in performance management and pre/ post programme assessment
• What are the benefits?
360° assessmentCompetence development
• Customised and linked to your corporate aims, job descriptions and national occupational standards for all levels and grades of staff
On line assessment
• Assessors or appraisers can rate staff members against competence level using either conventional line manager/staff member input or full 360-degree assessment. Comments can be attached by both appraiser and appraisee.
• The system is simple, robust, quick to set up and inexpensive.
Easy to understand downloadable reports
• Appraisees and appraisers only can download a full report prior to the appraisal or personal development planning interview so that development needs can be identified and agreed
Learning needs analysis
• The system allows a corporate overview of all competencies across all staff or specific teams so a picture of overall learning needs becomes visible and appropriate interventions can be designed and commissioned. Cherith Simmons will provide a free overall report as part of their service.
