Non-Chamber Telemetry Measuring and Logging Set CellMAG–W is the solution dedicated for water supply network, based on a battery powered electromagneticflow meter and the CellBOX-W device. This set consists of two main parts:the measuring sensors mounted directly on a pipeline and the telemetry pillar containing measuring transducer and logging/transmission subsystem.

All elements of CellMAG-W Set are battery powered, so the set could be assembled virtually at any section of the pipeline, and even buried directly in the ground. Mounting of CellMAG-W Set does not require any particular preparation and can be accomplished even during an extemporary maintenancework.Installation of CellMAG-W Set enables to reduce costs of operating water supply networks, since it does not require any underground meter chambers nor manholes to be constructed.Compact design of telemetry pillar does not require much space on the surface of the earth and furthermore ensures good GSM signal quality.In its basic configuration the CellMAG-W Set includes only a battery powered electromagnetic flow meter and the CellBOX-W device, enabling the measurementand registration of flow and ambient temperature. Using of an additional sensor enables the measurement of pressure in the pipeline.Thanks to its modular design, the basic functionality of CellMAG-W Set could be expanded both on additional measuring sensors and on supplemental functionalityof logging/transmission subsystem. For example, replacing the CellBOX-W device with the CellBOX-H GPRS enables additional measuring and logging of up to 3 analog parameters and GSM data transmission: GPRS or EDGE.Built-in battery enables maintenance-free, a few years operation of the CellMAG-W Set, depending on the frequency of both logging and transmission.Logger memory is capable of storing 20,000 up to 160,000 measurement results.Collected data could be transmitted to the supervisory system using the GSM SMS, GPRS or EDGE (option) in accordance with the programmed interval. In addition, the occurrence of an alarm event may be transmitted to the supervisory system immediately.Biatel SA offers SIM cards from 3 largest GSM operators, providing almost 100% coverage of the country.Non-Chamber Telemetry Measuring and Logging Set CellMAG-W is fully compatible with the SCADA-type systems.
