WHY IS AN ORGANIZATION NEEDED FOR THIS?

• THOUSANDS of communities and economic development organizations compete for businesses (competition is fierce).

• Businesses want someone who stands in their corner and guides them through the development process.

• Businesses tend to desire communities which demonstrate development preparation and will make the necessary investments to attract deals. These communities WIN.

• Communities which are unprepared for growth or do not prioritize highly the needs of existing and prospective businesses LOSE.
