The research topic is comparative analysis of marketing mix between

Café Coffee Day and Mr. Beans. The sample size is 100.

sep.07,they gave invitations to some club members like rotary and other groups and there was 100% discount.

Participated in recent 20-20 match.

Other in house games and contests.

Customers have rate more for Café Coffee Day beverages. Customers have rate more for Mr. Bean’s eatables. Mr. Beans does not offer merchandise only Café Coffee Day does, 30% people

rated it merchandise excellent and 70% rated it good.Price

76% customers rated Café Coffee Day as affordable and 80% customers rated Mr. Beans as affordable, so therefore in term of cost both are almost the same.

Personal

Café Coffee Day is rated more for appearance, politeness, fast service.

Mr. Beans is rated more for cleanliness.

Café Coffee Day is more preferred by customer for many components like beverages, merchandise, locations, and service and personal.

Mr. Beans is liked by customers for its food, ambience and comfort.

There is a need of more outlets of Mr. Beans.

Self service is a drawback of Mr. Beans.
