Business Process Outsourcing
Many companies today rely on third-party organizations to handle such business functions as accounting, employee benefits administration, finance, customer service activities, and call center operations. By contracting with a provider, organizations gain the benefit of knowledgeable experts handling critical applications. They also free themselves of the costs associated with maintaining dedicated departments to manage business processes, such as benefits and training.
Business Process Outsourcing
Outsourcing providers often hire their clients’ former business processes employees to promote continuity of service and develop institutional history. Moreover, they eliminate significant investments and updates for certain types of technology. Many business processes providers own mission-specific software, and offer outsourced utilization at a lower cost than would be possible if a company were to purchase the technology and manage internal departments.
