Who is an Entrepreneur?
• Entrepreneur is one who undertakes an enterprise. Entrepreneur is a person who sets up a business or business, taking on greater than normal financial risks, in order to do so.

• Manager is a person who is responsible for controlling or administering all or part of a company or similar organization.

Code of conduct by ASCI
The standards laid down here should be taken as minimum standards of acceptability.
They are liable to be reviewed from time to time.
The code of conduct by ASCI is divided into 4 chapters.

claims• CHAPTER II – To ensure that advertisements are not
offensive• CHAPTER III – To safeguard against the indiscriminate use of
advertising• CHAPTER IV – To ensure that advertisements observe
fairness in competition

A large part of human relation management is concerned with various ethical issues,both with the upper level and lower level of the management in treatment of individual employees
