Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Enterprise Wiring Technician / Field Service Technician I to join

our Professional Services team supporting our DAS Installation Group. As part of the division’s

portfolio, this team provides Engineering, Furnish and Installation (E, F & I) services to our

customers within the DAS and Wireless Product arena.

Wiring Technicians / Equipment Installers are responsible for the installation of equipment,

wiring and fiber optics used in DAS telecommunications networks. Analyze, plan, layout and

assign installation activity to other installation personnel. Act as subject matter expert on

provisioning, activating and testing electronic equipment.

The work will involve the installation of cable, wiring, and telecommunications equipment at

customer premises and both indoor and outdoor DAS venues. Installers are familiar with and/or

are trained with iron work/bays/equipment rack installation, DC power know-how, wire

wrapping/color code understanding, blueprint/schematic reading and method of procedures.

REQUIREMENTS for all candidates include:

High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.

1+ years Enterprise Wiring experience.

1+ years wiring experience on cable / satellite television, home network or alarm systems.

Distributed Antennae System (DAS) and Radio Frequency (RF) experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong computer skills; MS Office and database experience a plus.

Must be adaptable to changing environments.

Ability to work on ladders up to 15ft., demonstrated manual dexterity, and lift/carry carry loads

up to 40 lbs.

Must be willing to travel extensively

Safety and Quality Inspector (1)

Summary of Position: Responsible for developing and maintaining quality and safety plans and

associated documentation for use primarily on cell site construction projects. Creation and

maintenance of an audit schedule to include both safety and quality. Recommend internal and external

training for the development of employees as well as developing strategies to increase safety and

quality.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain quality and safety plans in accordance with OSHA, BlueStream and

customer requirements

Develop and maintain quality and safety audit schedules

Ability to interpret and analyze data collected

Develop strategies to increase quality and safety output based on collected data while

maintaining a cost effective approach

Initiate corrective action reports and measures to appropriate personnel

Qualifications:

5-8 years of related wireless experience

OSHA 10/30hr classes

Safety / Rescue and climbing certified (Comtrain or equivalent) a plus

First Aid and CPR certified a plus

Experience managing teams and subcontractors

Strong leadership skills

Ability to demonstrate significant expertise and/or experience related to large scale wireless

program deployments from a quality and safety capacity

Fluent in wireless technologies including but not limited to 2G, 3G, 4G, microwave and fiber

networks and DAS.

Must be able to pass a drug and background test

Valid driver’s license and insurance

Wireless Supervisor (1)

Summary of Position: Responsible for coordinating construction scheduling and associated activities

supporting a wireless network, while acting as a liaison to Project Management concerning progress and

delays. Directly responsible for all aspects of construction and oversight of multiple tower crews,

subcontractors and general contractors, including safety, installation, upgrades, removals,

reconfigurations, testing and quality. Knowledge of wireless technology, processes and OSHA and NATE

regulations is a must. Technologies include but not limited to 2G, 3G, 4G, microwave and fiber networks

and DAS. Responsible for safety, quality, timelines and financial expectations are met for each crew.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Supervise day to day workflow of multiple tower crews while maximizing productivity,

minimizing costs and maintaining safety and quality

Liaison to Project Management concerning project bids, subcontracting, progress and delays

May be responsible for estimates, materials and purchase orders

Reviews and compiles operations records such as safety reports, equipment and tool inspections

and equipment and supply usage

Employee assessment and performance metrics

Coordination and procurement of permits and local inspections when applicable

Qualifications:

5-8 years of related wireless experience

OSHA 10/30hr classes

Tower Crew Lead (3)

Summary of Position: Responsible for daily supervision of crew to complete scopes of work assigned

while ensuring safety, quality, timelines and financial expectations are met for commercial deployment

of services. Work items include digging trenches, grounding, cad welding, stacking towers, installation

of antenna’s, all types of antenna mounts, microwaves, coax lines, TMA’s, RF jumpers, remote electrical

downtilts / Bias-T’s, remote radio heads, fiber/DC Hybrid cables, sweep and PIM testing, site audits and

maintenance type items.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Electronically maintain minutes of daily site safety meetings

Electronically maintain daily PPE, tool, safety supplies/equipment, equipment inspections and

site safety analysis

Promote, encourage and maintain safety at all times on all projects

Emergency response plans in accordance with BlueStream’s policies and procedures

Identifying and stopping a job when confronted with an unsafe work environment and/or crew

actions, equipment failure, etc…

Scheduling of work load on projects in conjunction with the Supervisor and assignment and

supervision of crew’s work assignments

Supervise day to day workflow of crew while maximizing productivity, minimizing costs and

maintaining safety, quality cleanliness and organization

Inspection and approval of crew and subcontractor’s work assignments

Maintain and track all customer and company assets including trucks, trailers, test equipment,

Timely and accurate response to technical customer problems and adherence to contractual

obligations including specific site access and housekeeping agreements

Professional customer interaction

Mediation of employee grievance, resolution of conflict in the work environment and

appropriate referral to higher level management when necessary

Management and ordering of materials and equipment, including truck stocking to pre-

determined levels

Ensure work is performed and completed in accordance with local, state and federal regulations,

including assistance with permits as well as inspections

Complete and submit red line drawings and close out documentation

Perform OJT as well as making recommendations of formal training for development of crew

Job Description

Position Title: Service Line Program Manager

Department: BlueStream Program Management

Reports to: Manager, Service Line Management

Summary:

This position is responsible for developing service line vertical specific Go To Market (GTM) and

operational plans, including processes, resource requirements, operational reviews/recalibration, and

program improvements. The Service Line Program Manager is the primary BlueStream interface with

Operations, Sales, and the customer. This position continually reviews BlueStream’s service delivery

output, and works closely with project teams (project management, engineering, installation, materials

and sales individuals) to ensure ongoing success.

Job Description:

Develop and drive Go To Market (GTM) and operational plans for assigned service line vertical

Apply a thorough understanding of scope, processes, systems, and resources to formulate operational plans/details.

Extract forecasting/planning details from customers and customer-facing teams to convert to a resource plan for engineering, installation, materials and project management.

Establish and maintain program operational procedures and service line vertical specific guidelines for pricing and contract compliance.

Ensure overall program success including margin attainment, revenue objectives, on-time completions, report card ratings, and operational excellence.

Lead customer meetings/discussions regarding program forecasts, capacity loading, and operational details.

Evaluate job cost models for P/L reporting/margin review.

Primary BlueStream escalation point of contact.

Work with operations teams, sales, and the customer to address performance issues such as quality and on-time performance.

Create and present action plans, drive corrective action.

Manage program related project quoting activities and participate in responding to proposals.
