About this session A course isn't always the answer. Diversity and Inclusion is a subject in which historically it has been difficult to make a real impact. In this session, Barbara Thompson and James Cory-Wright demonstrate 'Moments of truth', a collaborative venture, which takes a new resource approach to Diversity and Inclusion at BP. Thinking differently, the team examined the learning process to understand how best to support line managers and learners globally. The result is a collection of resources that enable the learning to take place in a variety of environments and contexts. It is an organic programme that is helping to embed inclusive leadership and corporate values at BP. SESSION OVERVIEW

Speakers: Barbara Thompson (Learning and Performance Consultant, BP) and James Cory-Wright (Head of Learning Design, Brightwave)

A course isn't always the answer. Diversity and Inclusion is a subject in which historically it has been difficult to make a real impact. In this session, Barbara Thompson and James Cory-Wright demonstrate 'Moments of truth', a collaborative venture, which takes a new resource approach to Diversity and Inclusion at BP.

Thinking differently, the team examined the learning process to understand how best to support line managers and learners globally. The result is a collection of resources that enable the learning to take place in a variety of environments and contexts. It is an organic programme that is helping to embed inclusive leadership and corporate values at BP.
