You may not be included in meetings, considered for projects, or invited on customer visits. Ultimately, you may not be promoted. Presented at the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing, Oct 2013, this panel featured women who doubted their strategic ability at some point in their careers and what they learned about being strategic.
