Introduction
bChannels is a specialist in the design and management of indirect partner programs for technology companies. This brief presentation summarises our experience running co-marketing claim process for hardware vendors who manage fund compliance on
behalf of OEM’s like Microsoft and Intel.

ExampleWe’re using here as an example the Intel Joint Marketing Program (JMP).
Proposed activities (SOW) are summarised in a prescribed Excel
format and then entered into the Intel IION tool for approval.
bChannels also manages reimbursement issues using the OEM vendor’s approved tool,
here Intel Ticketing.
bChannels ensures that Intel brand usage and campaign reimbursement rules are followed.
Approve Activity, Gather Proof of Performance, Manage Release of Payment
The partner must provide Intel ‘Proof of Execution’ which bChannels audits.
bChannels then approves release of funds to the partner and matches funds paid to funds
recovered from the OEM vendor.
● For the OEM VendorbChannels can increase compliance and reduce workload for hardware vendor partners, which means co-funded activities are approved and executed more quickly and more effectively.
● For the Hardware VendorbChannels significantly reduces internal administration and associated cost. We also speed up the activity approval cycle so partners are happier and funds are managed more tightly.
● For the PartnerbChannels increases perceived ease of doing business by streamlining the activity request and claim submission process.
We are looking to add more vendor clients to our portfolio, enabling us to expand our specialist team who focus on OEM fund management activity.
