Set Up & Pack down • Tuesday 8th April 5pm – 7pm • Wednesday 9th April 6.30 – 7.30am – booths must be ready with staff present • Wednesday 9th April 7.00pm – 8.00pm • Car parking & Drop off • Deliveries accepted Monday 10am – Tuesday 7pm • Storage in the exhibition hall • Collections from 5pm – 7pm or talk with you in person

Registration • All names and titles sent to be by COB Friday 28th March

• Exhibitor Badges are clearly marked

• Collect badges at 7am on Wednesday 9th April from the designated collection point located

between the RHI and Hordern Pavilion

• Any general admission badges will need to be collected from the main registration using

the barcode provided. Main registration opens at 7.30am in the Hordern Pavilion

• Collect Lead Tracker at 7am on Wednesday 9th with your exhibitor badges

• Speaker badges can be collected from the designated collection point located between the

RHI and Hordern Pavilion
