Self Support Roofing Is a
product which can be easily assembled and offers high security. This is ideal concept to setup a warehouse of up to 30 meters proficiently at one go. Further, owing to features such as less weight, strength, no trusses, durability and cost-effectiveness, these are acknowledged in the market.
Raw Material Specifications
Arch Roofings uses high grade, 350 Mpa yield strength, pre-painted Galvalume steel as the basic raw material.
Base metal:
Cold rolled structural quality steel in coil form
Steel grade D: Min 350 Mpa Yield strength.
Steel thickness 0.85mm to 1.6 mm (base metal).
Available in different color like White, Blue, Orange, Red, Maroon
etc..
Gutter Specifications
Types of Gutters: Center Gutter - Suitable if more than one building.
Side Gutter - Suitable for all kinds of buildings.
Gutter Properties: Gutter concrete strength should be 20 N/MM Sq
For Gutter dimensions refer the drawings.
Standard Requirement for RCC It should be perfect line and level through out the length.
Minimum curing time of 15days.
600mm projection of Beam at both the Gable Ends.
Beam should be min 300mm wide and 450 mm in height.
Center gutter Minimum width should be 750 mm.
Standard Requirement for RCC contd.. Side/End gutter Minimum width should be 450mm
Gutter must be kept open at both ends.
Brick wall should not be constructed on the edge of gutter
Slope should be 43.6 degree & maintained through out the
length(holds good for arch rise span/5).
Slope angle/gutter should be made of HARD RCC without
any type of plastering or waterproofing.
Slopping length should not be less than 207mm.
There should be any projection of extra reinforcement/ RCC
column on the slope beam.

Major constraints/Requirements
We should obtain the area of the site:
Ideal size area in and around Bangalore(100km) should be minimum of 500 square meters.
Apart from Bangalore in and around area, it should be minimum of 800 square meters.
Note: If the max size of the area is less than the size of the ideal size then we should contact the person whom we are reporting.
