In traditional alluvia gold mining the washing process is using available water (usually river stream)

found nearby operation to separate Gold particles from the raw ore. To increase extractability

(hence raise their earnings) many miners are using very harmful substances like Mercury or

Cyanide with disastrous result on their own health and the local environment.

Water oxidized by Ozone injection miners can increase by a minimum of 50% the revenue of their

What is Ozone

Ozone is basically Oxygen gas that changed its chemical

structure to be able to kill germs and digest harmful

components

Because of its 3 atoms of Oxygen it is a very tiny unstable

molecule that can easily be changed back into Oxygen gas.

It eliminates bacteria, fungus and virus; destroys structure

of toxic components, odor in water and air, so it can be

used within many industries i.e. medical, industrial,

agricultural, water and air treatment.

Benefits of Ozone gas

Ozone gas has this special capability to (oxidize) pull electrons from

substances that are highly toxic in water and air:

• Kill germs in air and water, including parasites faster than Chorine

Our setup was especially designed for Gold mining application in Ghana which contains a high

amount of clay within the extracted ore but can be used for any other type of alluvia mining

worldwide. Another consideration was to easily integrate this new equipment within an existing

operation.

Tests on the ground made since June 2010 in Ghana

have shown that APO Gold 2X5 should be installed on

the water feed line to the wash plants currently in use

on all small scale mining operations.

easily portable by 2 people so it can be relocated fast

There are 3 states of materials: Solid, Liquid and Gaseous but only a few People

know that there is a fourth state which is called the “plasma stage”. Plasma is

found in nature around stars and display a very high temperature, like the fusion

reaction in our sun which is called hot plasma.

After more than 10 years of research MCE - Thailand and EnvoPark research team

developed an industrial Advanced “cold” Plasma Oxidation (APO) equipment.

Standard cold plasma plates need a high amount of cooling which reflected in high

operation cost and can only be used together with liquid Oxygen.

The APO equipment process is based on dual high voltage transformation and high

frequency modulation. The heart of the system is using a double Glass layer which is

specially manufactured with different minerals within the glass structure (all details strictly

confidential)
