Vision and Mission 发展目标 SCIP will cooperate with surrounding chemical production bases and make every effort to build the Chemical Industry Belt along North Hangzhou Bay, achieve annual production capacity of oil refining of 40 million tons and ethylene of 3.5 million tons and outcome scale of 550 billion Yuan (88.7 billion USD) to 700 billion Yuan (112.9 billion USD) for chemical manufacturing industry and 200 billion Yuan (32.3 billion USD) to 300 billion Yuan (48.4 billion USD) for chemical production service industry within 10 to 20 years.
