The current plan does not encourage and reward more selling by all Consultants
All Consultants have a yearly qualification requirement to remain a Consultant, so there is no urgency to sell each month.
Without an urgency to sell, sales are less and Consultants earn less.
There is no monthly qualificationrequirement to earn upon thevolume of others
Recognition of careeradvancement is missing
Each month your title is recalculated.
Your past high title achievement isn’t important or recognised.
There is no recognition of achievement [f.e. a bonus] when a Consultant attains a new title for the first time.
