DESCRIPTION
I have been observing Anna Hazare and his movement against corruption from close quarters since January 2011. This made me think on his leadership style and how leaders are so different from managers. We often confuse leadership with managing and I thought these notes may be helpful in the differentiation. Janlokpal or Lokpal bill has been discussed by the Indian Parliament or Sansad yesterday thanks to Annaji's leadership. I would love to hear your feedback at @modhgil my tweeter handle.
