• Monitoring the spread of yellow rust in different regions of Republic

• Collection, multiplication and storing the yellow rust spores.

• Determination of the effective resistant genes• Determination of the intermediate host of

yellow rust pathogen • Determination of resistance to yellow rust in the

germination phase

Primary seed production of the new wheat varieties created together with Turkey-CIMMYT-ICARDA:Dustlik,Yaksart, Jayhun, Turkistan, Hazrat Bashir Gozgon and Elomon.

The area under these varieties is 129 000 ha., 2014

From this area there are 55 000 ha. super elite and elite.
