We all are a TEAM. We all do our JOB.We all know what we DO. We all know how we DO IT. We are ALL.


What it will be. ?
IT WILL BE . UBUNTU!

Ubuntu particularly is about the fact that one human can't exist as a human being in isolation.It is about our interconnectedness.

You can't be human all by yourself and its the same for your work.

People think of themselves far too frequently as just individuals, separated from one another, whereas you are connected and what you do affects the whole team.

When you do well, it spreads out; it is for the whole good of the company.

The main meaning of UBUNTU is I am what I am, because of all others.

OUR TEAM GOALS IN TRANSITION :

Identifying/evaluating tasks, challenges,

environmental conditions, and resources;

Specifying and prioritizing goals;

Creating action and contingency plans.

OUR QUESTIONS DURING TRANSITION:What kinds of challenges may exist for the team to complete the tasks?

What goals need to be met, and in what order?

What kind of action plans can be create, and what contingencies for those can be put in place?
