We are one of the biggest System Dealers of M/s Blue Star Ltd for their HVAC division operations all over India.

As far as Vighneshwar is concerned, we are one of their Leading Authorised System Providers having executed HVAC projects of varied nature and magnitude including Comfort Air conditioning of high rise buildings, banks, large office premises, IT call centers, Pharmaceutical industries with clean rooms, Hospitals, Multiplexes, Shopping Malls etc. Executed around 10000 TR of air-conditioning systems in the last financial year.

We have employee strength of around 300 plus techno- commercial staff with Head office at Mumbai and Branch offices at Nashik, Kalyan,Pune, Goa and Chennai.


Our Head office in Mumbai is fully equipped with Highly TechnicallyQualified and Experienced personnel for HVAC Industry with ASHRAEmembers. With more than 30 Computers in the head office, we are fullygeared up to undertake any type and magnitude of HVAC project and canexecute the project to suit Clients’ Time schedule, as the entire design anddrawing works are done on Computers with latest versions of packages.

We have successfully executed many HVAC CLEAN ROOM projects in India, some are:M/s Sequent Scientific Ltd, Mangalore for their R & D centre at Mangalorein Karnataka. The project includes 37 independent HVAC systems withcleanliness class of 10000 and 100000.

M/s Nicholas Piramal India Ltd, Mumbai for their Tablet Manufacturingfacility, Dispensing units, Samlping units and General Tablet block for theirFactory at Mahad, Maharashtra.The project includes 18 independent HVAC system with cleanliness class of 100000.

M/s Lupin Ltd, Mumbai for their QA/QC block at Mandideep Bhopal inMadhya Pradesh. The project includes 8 independent HVAC systems withcleanliness class of 10000 and 100000.


Our personnel have also executed overseas projects in HVAC field and are, therefore, conversant with various formalities and requirements to execute projects in third world countries. We are also .familiar with the working conditions and the type and quality of works being executed in Foreign countries.

We have full-fledged Sales & Marketing Division, Project planning and execution division, a separate division for providing prompt After Sales Services including Operating and AMC contracts in Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Chennai and Goa.

Each division is headed by experienced and highly qualified executive who has an extensive experience in various capacities in HVAC field.

As a matter of expansion drive and a growth, we have opened a full fledged branch at NASHIK, which is independent and self sufficient with sales and marketing division, planning and project execution division and well trained after sales service division.


Within the span of six years, this branch has grown into well responsible business center catering to the customers like HAL, Mico, L & T, Mahindra & Mahindra etc. for a sizeable business potential.
