Our brand overhaul positioned a regional seafood institution as a classic destination for new a generation of diners.

ChallengeOrganic growth over the Brigantine’s 45-year history resulted in a confused brand identity, outdated web presence and inconsistent brand expression across restaurant communications.

Approach MiresBall modernized the Brig brand with a new strategic foundation, unified visual identity, focused voice and smart customer touchpoints.

OutcomeThe Brig’s brand expression now amplifies its renowned food, service and facilities, while its new online presence is driving increases in reservations, site visits and social media engagement with today’s mobile audience.
