sales team work their tail off only toget passed over for a promotion
that’s given to someone withthinnest resume who glad handedtheir way to the top. It's a massiveinsult. No wonder you are losing
good salespeople.

All about the numbers: Yes,numbers and results areimportant. But, you are
treating your sales teamslike COGS in the machine.
