• In 2000 I decided I have been there, done it, duplicated it, got the T-Shirt, I am finished, I am tired of fighting greed & ignorance!

In July 2015 I decided for the first time in my life to build a network marketing training, seminar and consulting company . WHY?
I have been disturbed for years that Wisdom of the AgesPrinciples were being ignored more and more. MLM “Leaders” continue to promise the MAGIC BULLET (Fu Fu Dust)
The worst feeling in the world for a network marketer hasto be to get to the top of comp plan and really have no ideahow they got there other than talk to a lot of people and work hard. They have people expecting them to sprinkle fu fu dust on them. This type of success creates and entirely new set of egotistical and psychological issues that are socommon in MLM Today.
IT TOOK ME 34 YEARS TO REALIZE THAT I WAS A “FREAK OF NATURE” BECAUSE I KNEWSPECIFICALLY, EXACTLY THE STEPS IT TAKES TO DEVELOP NETWORK MARKETING LEADERS
1) At its core, network marketing must be about developing leaders, ALL of us have the same product, It’s PEOPLE. When people are growing as people, they stay!
Most Network Marketing “Leaders” do it with the credibility, skill sets & mind sets, NOT THAT THEY DEVELOP, but that they ENTER the Industry with. They can sponsor people but they can never Duplicate LONG-TERM
The more successful you are when you enter the Industry the weaker your team will be. SYSTEMS DUPLICATE “McDonalds”

3) You never want to be the ELVIS of your team! Greed and Ego are the only things that can destroy a properly built team, so it is just as important to run off the wrong people as it is to keep the right people.

4) YOU MUST PROVIDE PROPER DIRECTION (Leadership) that creates a culture of accountability and personal responsibility. That which is tracked, can be improved. Weekly accountability is crucial when it comes to TEAM BUILDING. HAVE DEFINITE CLOSURE WITH THOSE THAT ARE NOT READY TO PLAY BALL! Most leaders are stuck in the Support Mode, not understanding and implementing the 4 leadership Phases Directional, Coaching, Supporting & Delegation
