To Dos are tasks that anyone in the firm could do, but most firms don’t have a

Service Autopilot offers three main ways to keep track—
1. Schedule Reminders – for ‘in-the-future’ To Dos.
2. Create To Dos in Bulk – create mass To Dos for multiple jobs.
3. Inspection Reminder To Dos – remind yourself or a team member to inspect after certain jobs are completed.

1. Schedule Reminders – for ‘in-the-future’ To Dos using
the mobile app.
Often things that need to be done in the future are written down
and then overlooked. Particularly if the task will occur more than a few
days into the future.
You intend to back it up somewhere, send a text to someone, tell somebody to help remind you, but it still falls through the
cracks.
With Service Autopilot’s To Do system, you can
create a To Do that will automatically remind you when that task is due.
It allows you to specify the type
of task and specify its due date.
2. Create To Dos in Bulk
Service Autopilot allows you to bulk market to your clients using client list.
You can filter that list in various ways (ZIP Code, client type, etc.)
Assuming you’ve sent out an email blast to your customers, you can now
create a mass to-do for each individual customer to follow up.
This will create an individual To Do task for each customer’s follow-up
contact.
You can assign these to someone specific, and also set due date.
This will create
individual To Dos on your
list now.
3. Inspection Reminder To Dos
If you wish to periodically perform quality inspections on your crews, you can use the
Service Autopilot program to schedule these.
You can choose a client, day, add the task, assign to a person, set a type, and
label the task.
Once you set a task for a specific day you can get it onto your
dispatch board.
