FINAL AGREEMENT

This agreement is made by and between Mr. Amit Kothari hereafter called as Client and Nandini Decor Pune. Hereafter called as Contractor for interior design work at Residence - 2BHKThe agreement is as follows;

1. The Client and contractor have mutually agreed to undertake the assignment as per

contractor’s quotation dated 31/08/2015 and enclosed material details and drawing.

2. The Contractor assures to use the best quality material as mentioned in the detailed

quotation attached (Annexure 1) as per the clients requirements and approval.

3. The Contractor will finish all the interior work within 55 days of this agreement as per

the approved design.

4. The Contractor will receive a sum of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- on completion of the entire work

within the contract period. The Client can deduct Rs. 500/- per day as compensation

from the Contractors payment for any delay on the latter’s part.

5. The Client agrees to pay 40% of the estimated cost of the agreement, i.e. Rs.

2, 00, 000/- as advance to the contractor for commencement of the work and purchase of

approved material after joint shopping visits.

6. The Client agrees to pay the remaining 60% of the estimated i.e. Rs. 3, 00, 000/- to the

contractor from the date of agreement as after seeing the work progress.

i) Rs. 1, 50, 000/- after 15 days (30%)

ii) Rs. 1, 00, 000/- after 30 days (20%)

iii) Rs. 50, 000/- after satisfactory completion of all works. (10%)

7. The payment will made in the name of Vinod Pramod Tawale or Nandini Decor

8. The contractor is entitled to earn 6 per cent of the estimated cost of the assignment as

design and execution charge, This is inclusive of the above charges quoted.

9. The contractor agrees to provide free of cost maintenance for six months from the date of

completion of the assignment. From the next year onwards the contractor will charge

Rs. 500/- per visit. The agreement has been reviewed and accepted.
