additional functional level called profile, too. Based on its ARender4Documentum profile, an “end-user” can

or cannot be allowed to add an annotation to a document (even if he has the appropriate Documentum right

ARender4Documentum manages any rendition of a document based on a preferred format list. It displays

the latest most preferred format available on the document, allowing to use Stamps or signed PDF as soon

as they are created.

Track down your Client usage of content: secure your activity & your ability to demonstrate client

awareness

ARender4Documentum provides a full range of logs to track-down the real usage of an opened document

(time stamp when, how long was open, any movement scroll, turn pages…). This information is available to

prove your client did access their content. All the features can also be blocked or activated in the ARender

Antifraud system: the original doc is never transmitted

ARender4Documentum replaces the download of document, document are transmitted to a rendition server

that fetches images at a very high speed and these images are streamed in a flow that the viewer can display

in the browser. The bank never transmits the original document but a rendition of it which is not vectored

(no HD) so it is very hard to counterfeit a document.

ARender4Documentum can add some other features like “No Print” feature or the add on the fly of a dynamic

annotation (timestamp, name of client,…)
