Project managed the delivery of architectural, civils and station infrastructure; to meet main works project milestones on the NEC contract.

Developed strategy, scope definition, interface management and design delivery for £70m variation works to residual civils assets station non compliance works

Metronet TrackRenewals Project

• Established design, survey and assurance teams and project planning processes to manage multi-million pound track replacement programme.

• Established team to successfully tender and plan multi-million pound track renewals on NEC contracts.

• Project managed and delivered track renewals work against stringent safety, quality, engineering standards and specifications.

Waterloo & CityLine Project

• Provided leadership of engineering management and assurance team for £23m multi-discipline (track, DC electrification, signals, control systems) NEC contract.

Piccadilly LineWet Beds

• Project managed delivery of £1m of track heavy maintenance work including, specifications, tender review, method statements, access planning, cost control and handback.

T002/3 SafetyCritical Licensing

• Spearheaded the permanent way discipline on the steering committee to design, develop and implement safety critical licensing throughout London Underground. • Developed, implemented and maintained T002/3 Safety Critical Licensing process for all sub-contracted labour and permanent staff.

LUL Sub-SurfaceUpgrade Project

• Provision of technical expertise to enable installation of Correct Side Door Communications Equipment.
