ELECTRONIC VALVE FILLER FOR TREND-SETTING BEER FILLING

P-type electronic isobaric filling valve is the state-of-the-art filling valve applicable

for the filling of common beer and draft beer. The technology has filled the gaps

of domestic beer filling industry and reached to the cutting-edge around the

world. The filler with incomparable flexibility for change-over of any new products

will dominate the future market.

Compared with mechanical valve fillers, the electronic valve fillers are provided

with more prominent practicability and flexibility which feature in hygienic design,

energy conservation, safe operation and less noise.

System advantages

Glass bottles will go through two-stage steam sterilization and three-stage pre-evacuation, which ensures the

asepsis and low oxygen content of products and prolongs the shelf life

Completely isobaric filling with high and low filling speed, the precision of fill level can be controlled in 2 mm

Equipped with CIP/COP system

Roof type front table is easy for cleaning

Rotating bench and frames are all made of stainless steel

Hygienic bottle guider with integrated and open structure

On-line sterilization of caps with high power ultraviolet lamp

Hygienic and flushable capping head

FEATURES OF P-TYPE ELECTRONIC ISOBARIC FILLING VALVE

Time control of filling, cylinder opens the valve at definite time, filling parameters do not

vary with the speed of main machine

Pre-evacuation inside bottles, back pressure, steam sterilization and quick/slow filling are

all controlled by PLC, filling process can be completely isobaric with no bubble,

parameter correction is available

Stem seals with metallic bellows and rubber diaphragm ensures aseptic

Simple structure of valve body with no dead angles

Two filling modes, quick filling and slow filling, ensures filling precision and stability

Level with probe control and correction function

Level precision can be controlled in 2 mm

No blowing for return tube in case of beer haze contaminating the filling environment

CORE COMPONENTS

Rinser

Additional rinser can be installed before the filler.

Bottle enter the rinser before filling, each bottle firstly is inverted and rinsed with sterile

water and air of high temperature, bottles must be absolutely hygienic before filling.

Fast switch is a available between the rinser and filler, when manufacturing common

beer, bottles can enter the filler directly for filling without going through the rinser.

Hygienic capper heads

Oil-free lubrication open capper heads can be cleaned

from any angle

6. Bottle evacuation for the 1st time, open V4, then close V4 after a period of time

7. Take CO as back pressure, quick filling, open V2, then open V1 after a period of time, 2

close V2 when filling level reaches point A on the probe

8. Slow filling, open V3, close V3 and V1 when filling level reaches point B on the probe

9. Bottle depressurization, open V6, then close V6 after a period of time
