reason! This new Toyota is basically the class-leading hybrid, with its sleek and aerodynamic

exterior and innovative technology! Get 51 mpg in the city all for the starting MSRP of a little bit

over $24,000. One of the coolest features you can get in the Toyota Prius is the solar roof that has

embedded solar panels that basically cool off the interior of the car. How you ask? Put simply, the

panels power a fan that circulates ambient air when the car is parked under direct sunlight.

Like we mentioned before, the Orlando Scion iQ was also included in the list! This new Scion can get an

average of 36 mpg in the city and has a small price tag of $16,250.
