How do add impound Calls WITH LICENSE PLATE NUMBER
Click
Click the plus sign to add a call

Click to add vehicle information
Click
Add License plate number and state.This is automatically put in the first 14 digitsOf the VIN. The last 3 digits will need to be Verified to complete vehicle input.Then click NEXT

Enter last 3 digits of the VIN then clickCONFIRM
After inputting the license plate numberAll this information will auto populate.Click SAVE.

Click the empty space to inputPick up location
If going to a drop off locationClick empty space to add address
Click impound lot to put a vehicle in impound
Click below the selection tabs to change the lot Location if you have more than one.You will see the following screen.
Select desired impound lotThen click back

Choose the charge You would like to add
Change the quantity or priceIf they are not already put in Your price lists
If you need to add another chargeClick here
When you are finished with the charges click DoneThen on the next page click Save and your call will be added to TowBook.
