Made with Zero Friction TechnologyTM

A metal treatment oil for cars, motorbikes, lawn mowers, heavy vehicles and machinery

One-of-a-kind nanotechnology penetrates into the smallest gaps of your engine (micropores) and forms a tough low friction shield

can withstand up to 5 times more weight and friction compared to other high-performance lubricants

Page 3: Titanium Metal Treatment

Compatible with all types of oil, greases, and lubricants

May be added at any time without affecting the lubricant already used Provided the lubricant does not

exceed the manufacturer’s recommended service intervals

Treats the oil

Improves the quality and adhesiveness of the engine oil

Makes the metal surface smooth and tough

Protects and treats the metal surface

Penetrates into micropores of uneven surfaces by reducing

nanomolecules up to -9mm microns

Metal surface protected with ZFT formula

Penetrates into micropores of uneven metal surface

How is it different?Titanium Metal Treatment utilizes NANO Technology

to bring Zero Friction Technology™ (ZFT)

ZFT Formula provides:

4-5 times more protection compared to other synthetic oil

Protection even before engine start-up

Page 6: Titanium Metal Treatment

Zero Friction Technology™ consists of three special elements:

1. Synthetic2. Additives3. Metal Treatment

Zero Friction Technology™

The formula of Titanium Metal Treatment with ZFT :

1. Wear Resistance Additive2. Detergent3. Anti-Oxidant4. Anti Corrosion5.TBN Booster6.Dispersant Additive

Standard elements found in any normal engine lubricant

These two elements are found in Titanium Metal Treatment

Zero Friction Technology™

TBN BoosterTotal Base Number (TBN)

Measure of a lubricant's reserve alkalinity

Determines how effective the control of acids formed will be during the combustion process

When increased, produces complete and good combustion system

Less friction Increased torque Reduced carbon

EXTEND USEFUL LIFE OF ENGINE

What is a dispersant?• Dispersant additive makes sludge less likely to stick to metal surfaces

or settle at the bottom of the oil pan, but easier to flow into the oil filter. • Chemically breaks up sludge to reduce sludge formation.

Key Benefits

Fuel EfficiencyReduces fuel usage due to better engine performance

4

Improves Safety

•Keeps engine oil clean•Reduces breakdown

due to oil related problems

•Safer driving experience

3

Easy Start-upReduces ‘cold-starting’ problems

5

Better Engine Performance

•Prolongs engine life•Increases acceleration •Keeps engine cooler,

smoother & quieter

1 More Kilometres

With good engine performance, you will

get more kilometers

Suggested ApplicationsFor a smoother-running engine, pour Titanium Metal Treatment into your engine oil. Use the following measurements:

add 236 ml for every 4 litres of engine oil every 6 months or 30,000 km (whichever comes

first)ENGINE

add 236 ml for every 4 litres of engine oil every 6 months or every

1,000 hours (whichever comes first)

add 236 ml for every 50,000 km

add 236 ml for every 50,000

km

add 60 ml for every 50,000 km

QA

What effect does Titanium Metal Treatment have on non-metals? Is it safe for rubber tubing's, gaskets, etc. that it may come in contact with?

The gasket, tubing & all rubber products are not effected when in contact with the Titanum Engine Treatment as it is recommended not to be used 100% but to mix with carrier such as engine oil or other lubricants such as gear oil, hydraulic oil, grease, etc. The recommended amount is approx. 2% to 7% depending on how severe the friction is.

QA

As an additive, will Titanium Metal Treatment have any adverse effects on oils and lubricants it is mixed with?It will not effect the lubricant it is mixed with as it is not a oil treatment but a metal treatment and we only recommend to add in a small percentage.
