Emergency Housing for the

Republique of Chile

Page 2: Temporary housing

Background

• On 4/08/2010: Mr. Raul Landa contacted our dealership, RV World of Lakeland, referred by Forest River Inc. due to his proximity to our dealership. Over the course of the last month and a half a team was developed to find the ‘best fit’ solution to provide fully furnished, self contained and mobile Emergency Housing for the displaced residents in the affected ‘disaster zones’ in the aftermath of the February 27th, 2010 earthquakes and tremors.

• Our team has the experience to manufacture, transport, install and manage the communities developed in ‘disaster zones’. Though we can certainly provide well constructed units, we are also prepared to offer assistance on-site and through-out the whole process.

• Forest River Inc, a US manufacturer of a diverse line of primarily recreational vehicle products, $1.6 billion in sales, 60 plants, 5,400 employees. Located in Elkhart Indiana, the company operates multiple manufacturing facilities throughout the mid-west and west coast. CEO, Peter Liegl founded the company in 1996, which today makes all classes of RV's, cargo trailers, utility trailer, pontoon boats, light and medium-duty buses (primarily shuttle buses, not inner-city transit buses), portable offices, and structures to use for temporary schools. Forest River also owns a manufactured housing business, Hart Homes.

• On June 22, 2005, Warren Buffet, head of Berkshire Hathaway, made an offer to purchase Forest River over the telephone while speaking to Pete Liegl. This offer came just one day after he had first learned about the company from a fax received at his office which detailed why Forest River would be a solid acquisition for Berkshire.

• In Berkshire Hathaway Inc's 2005 annual report[1], the seventy-five year-old Buffett states, "Pete is a remarkable entrepreneur". And adds, "You can be sure that I won't be telling Pete how to manage his operation".

Shipping

• The biggest challenge facing any project is shipping. The costs vary according to volume needed and time-frame of shipment. Until we are able to pin-point these two crucial elements shipping companies are not able to provide accurate or meaningful quotes.

• Question: Can the Government of Chile provide Chilean Flagged vessels?

• Question: Would the tariffs be waived for this type of shipment?
