own as of 1 April. Personnel may pay for another member. A Power of Attorney is not required.

Personnel should arrive according to the first letter of their Last Name: A - I Monday 0800-1500 J - R Tuesday 0800-1500 S - Z Wednesday 0800-1500 Make-up Thursday 0900-1500 Make-up Friday 0800-1500

Any SOFA personnel who owns a Vehicle, Motorcycle, or Moped, is responsible for paying Road Tax for the entire year, regardless of

imminent PCS, separation, resale, or scrapping.

Tax is linked to vehicle, not the owner!

Security Forces will be documenting each vehicle’s JCI/Liability Insurance policy

information and expiration dates.

All personnel are required to have this information recorded before being issued a

new Road Tax decal.

Base decals will be issued after Road Tax payment has been made. Decals must be placed on your vehicle immediately (top center of your windshield, below your JCI sticker) and No Later Than 1 June.

Non-SOFA Retirees have until 1 July to display the decal.

All previous year decal must be removed

Road Tax Decals will be issued after Road Tax Payment has been made. Decals must be placed on your Motorcycle immediately

The 35 FW Form 71 has been replaced by DBIDS Vehicle Registration. Vehicle owners who show up with a Form 71 will still be allowed to pay for Road Tax, but will be required to visit Pass and Registration to have their vehicle registered before being issued a Road Tax decal.
