Mongolia shows the way to cleaner environment and reduced fuel consumption

DESCRIPTION

Here's very official proof from Mongolia that F2-21 has the ability to significantly reduce fuel emissions and pollution across cities, while cutting fuel consumption by a substantial amount. The Honorable N. Altankhuyag, the Prime Minister of Mongolia and the Chairman of National Committee on Reducing Air Pollution issued an Official Order, effective in October, 2014, that H2OIL’s F2-21 eeFuel be used throughout the nation in order to encourage fuel efficiency and combat air pollution. The official order was issued after extensive tests and examination, which proved F2-21 eeFuel fuel savings and benefits to the environment. This is the first time the head of state has issued such an order. This presentation shows the methods and results of the extensive and extended tests conducted on cars, buses, lorries and trains - both petrol and diesel - in order to reach this decision. PS: eeFuel has recently received a “Lean and Green Certificate” from Intertraffic of Amsterdam and recognized as one of the best green products in Benelux Countries.

Brief Introduction

The joint report from Shunkhlai LLC and J. WELL Mongolia International LLC for testing F2-21 eeFuel and eeLube liquid nano- technology in the field, has shown significant results. Saving fuel an average of 14% over 3 days of testing operation. This involved 3 diesel vehicles of Shunkhlai LLC in the testing operation and covered a total of 728.4km on the Ulaanbaatar to Lvn to Ulaanbaatar route. Two representative from J. WELL Mongolia International LLC and five representatives from Shunkhlai LLC (total of 7 persons) participated in the testing operation.

Working group decided to test 3 vehicles using regular fuel on the Ulaanbaatar to Lvn route, and dose F2-21 eeFuel on the return Lvn to Ulaanbaatar route. Shunkhlai LLC decided to use F2-21 eeLube and F2-21 eeFuel together on vehicle10-84 UBG. Dose ratio for eeFuel was of 1:10,000 (26ML F2-21 eeFuel for 260L fuel) and dose ratio for eeLube was 1:500 (42ML F2-21 eeLube for 20L of engine oil).

1.  Continue the testing operation for up to 10 days. 2.  Select a total of 5 vehicles for testing (3 petrol engine and 2

diesel engine). 3.  Age of vehicles must all be different. 4.  Test the vehicles in 2 different routes (such as country and city). 5.  Use regular fuel for the first day of testing. 6.  Use both F2-21 eeFuel and eeLube for the last 2 days of test. 7.  Measure the fuel saving 1 time and reduction of exhaust

emission 2 times per day. 8.  Measure the reduction of exhaust emission using portable

diagnostic equipment. 9.  Measurement of fuel savings will use a standard method for

filling the fuel tank.
