INTRODUCTION The TK Avenue Mall opened in late

December 2013 it is more like a cluster of shops under

open air. The shops, restaurants and the cinema

(three blocks) It was occupied by rather high brands

which are targeting the upper class in Phnom Penh.

LOCATION It located at Corner of St 315 & St 516,

Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh The neaby is a big TV Antenna and a

Customers There are many kinds of

customers: Students State and private staffs Family shopping

Business partner love partner Foreigners

Nationality Mostly are Cambodian people. Besides

that, there have the mixture of nationality such as Chines, Vietnamese, Korean, American, Japanese and so on.

Ages Through our observation: 50% of teenagers whom are between 16-24 years old 40% of married people whom have age 30-45 years

old. And 10% is the number of elder people between 50-65

Economic Status TK Avenue is a paradise charming area

for high class people for shopping. Wealthy people who are using modern

material.

of short dress or skirt.

try with suitable cloth on like short pants, T-shirt.

Recommendation TK Avenue is the very nice building There are different style of buildings combine

together It has the good environment

culture The staffs at TK Avenue

are friendly The service is good The prize and quality of

the products are reasonable.

Suggestion TK Avenue should have more

decorative garden Should expand walking space and

kid club Car park should have properly

space The rubbish bean should change to

other place Should have more light on sidewalk

Conclusion The atmosphere at TK Avenue Mall is

relaxed and it feels like being out of Phnom Penh as the style of the mall is completely new to Cambodia.

It is a very commercialization place for investment and high-class customer.
